Okay I am filled with conflicting emotions. My alarm is set for 7:30, at 7 the crew working on the roof of my store next door started up. now there's this low hum and vibration from one of there macines that's been going since 7:20. I"m tired and would have liked to have slept another half hour or so. but on the plus after a week of poor weather delaying work, my roof is getting done. I'm both pissed and okay with it. I think I'll only kill half of them I suppose. |

Well we move the store this weekend. Lots and lots of work left to do, but it shouldn't be too hard. the slat walls are mostely up, the place is clean and ready to go (sorta) and my old store should be packed and ready friday. which means if everything goes smoothly I might be able to stay sane and rational the whole time. In other news, this month the Royal medeival faire is taking place in kitchener/waterloo on the 19th. http://www.royalmedievalfaire.org/ We will not only be attending, but we will be selling at it. That means I expect alla youse guys ta be dere, in garb and buying alla my stuffs. Get it? nah just show up and have fun. You can hit a crusader with a foam sword... lol |

Just got a shufty throught the better built bondage book. Wow is the stuff they make very basic and unfinished.. and potentially breakable. Still I've only sifted through it quickly, I need a more indepth read, but wow, rapid rivits for support harnesses? sure that'll work if you want injuries from falling. Which reminds me of a story from a friend of mine the Bear Naked Trucker... Who I haven't seen in a long time. and if you are all good little boys and girls, I'll tale you the tale of catastrophic collapse and disaster during afternoon fun... ;) |

Tandy's Moving!
Yup we're moving into a new storefront at kennedy south of eglington. It's bigger, better and less expensive. We close for the move n the 12th and reopen on the 14th. I may be looking for help setting up the store in the week before.. if anyone's interested dop me a line. |

Got myself a short term job (real short it's due Tuesday) Making props for a movie tentatively titled "The Shrine." Armour bits and sheaths and belts and crossbow bits.. Gonna be a fun time.. and a busy time. lol I"m off to buy myself some sheets of brass at a good, yet bloody expensive price. And I can use the bits left over for my new helmet I"m working on. Anyone know a source for spun tops for helmets? |
